Defective or Damaged Items

We will process your replacement or refund within 48 hours.
You do not need to return the defective or damaged items; simply provide us with the required evidence.
Non-Quality Returns Procedure
If you wish to return an item for a non-quality reason, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a return and obtain the return address.
- Pay for return shipping and provide the shipping label to customer service.
- Once the shipping label is received, our customer service team will process your refund.
Important Note: For returns without quality issues, you will receive a 70% refund of the product price. A 30% crafting fee applies to personalized items. If the order is delivered and no quality issues or content errors are found, but you are unsatisfied with the product’s effect, shipping costs will not be refunded. However, if the product has been produced but not yet shipped and you no longer want the item, the shipping fee will be refunded.
Return Shipping Cost
If the product has a quality issue, you do not need to return it; we will handle the refund or replacement.
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the return to be received and processed.
Once your item is received and scanned into our warehouse, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
